At least EUR 4,500 a month before tax. You show this for the 6 months before you apply.
How long can I stay on the Estonia digital nomad visa?
Up to 365 days on a long-stay (D) visa. A short-stay (C) visa is also possible for shorter plans.
How much does the Estonia digital nomad visa cost?
EUR 120 for the long-stay (D) visa. EUR 90 for a short-stay (C) visa.
Who can apply for the Estonia digital nomad visa?
Open to people from outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland. People who can work from anywhere. They work for an employer or their own company registered outside Estonia, or freelance mostly for clients outside Estonia. Citizens of the EU, the EEA and Switzerland can already live in Estonia without this visa.
Can I work for companies in Estonia?
You must keep working for an employer or company registered outside Estonia, or for clients mostly outside Estonia.
How do I apply?
In person at an Estonian embassy or consulate that handles visas, or at a Police and Border Guard Board service point in Estonia. Some countries use VFS Global centres. Applications are reviewed within 30 days.
