The lowest minimum is KYD 2,000,000, for developed real estate in the Cayman Islands. Fees come on top.

Each year you must declare that you have not lived outside the Cayman Islands for one year or more in a row.
Does the Cayman Islands golden visa lead to permanent residence?
The certificate is permanent residence. The first one is for 10 years, and a renewed one has no end date.

The first certificate lasts 10 years. Yes. The renewed certificate has no end date.
How much does the Cayman Islands golden visa cost?
KYD 500 to apply and KYD 200,000 when the certificate is issued. Each dependant costs KYD 3,000 at issue and KYD 3,000 a year. The yearly declaration costs KYD 500.
Can I work on the Cayman Islands golden visa?
The certificate does not include the right to work. It can be changed to allow work, with a yearly fee equal to the work permit fee for that job.
Who can apply for the Cayman Islands golden visa?
Open to citizens of any other country. People of independent means who invest at least KYD 2,000,000 in developed real estate in the Cayman Islands.
Can I bring my family?
Dependants can be included. Each one costs KYD 3,000 at issue and KYD 3,000 a year.
How do I apply?
Send form R42 with the documents to the Director of WORC (Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman), PO Box 1098, Cayman Islands.
