The lowest minimum is USD 350,000, for Indonesian government bonds. Other routes: shares in Indonesian public companies (USD 350,000), mutual funds of Indonesian public companies (USD 350,000), apartment (10-year stay only) (USD 1,000,000), set up your own company in Indonesia (USD 2,500,000) and directors of a new branch of a foreign company (USD 25,000,000). Fees come on top.

The visa rules let investor golden visa holders switch to a permanent stay permit (ITAP). The official rules do not say after how many years.

5 or 10 years, depending on the amount invested.
How much does the Indonesia golden visa cost?
IDR 7,000,000 for a limited stay permit (ITAS) of up to 5 years or up to 10 years, per the immigration fee table.
Who can apply for the Indonesia golden visa?
Open to citizens of any other country. Foreign individual investors, and directors or commissioners of a foreign company's new Indonesian branch, who commit to one of the investments below within 90 days of getting the stay permit.
Can I bring my family?
A spouse and children can apply for family visas linked to a stay permit holder.
