The lowest minimum is PEN 500,000, for investment in a Peruvian company. Fees come on top.
How long do I need to spend in Peru?
There is no set number of days. To count toward permanent residence, you must not be out of Peru for more than 183 days in a row in any 365 days, unless you have permission.
Does the Peru golden visa lead to permanent residence?
After 3 years in a row as a resident investor you can apply for permanent residence. You must then show at least PEN 55,000 gross yearly income, taxes paid and 10 jobs for Peruvians.
How long does the Peru golden visa last?
365 days. Yes, the 365 days can be extended.
How much does the Peru golden visa cost?
PEN 57.60 for the investor visa from abroad, or PEN 161.40 to change to investor status inside Peru.
Can I work on the Peru golden visa?
Investor status covers income from working as a manager or director of your own company.
Who can apply for the Peru golden visa?
Open to citizens of any other country. Foreign nationals who invest in a new or existing Peruvian company and want to set up, run or manage that investment.
How do I apply?
Online through the Migraciones digital agency. For the visa you must be outside Peru. If you are already in Peru with another status, you can apply to change to investor status. 30 working days.
