You get a conditional green card (permanent residence) for 2 years. In the 90 days before it ends you file Form I-829, and once it is approved the conditions are removed.

Conditional permanent residence lasts 2 years. It is not renewed. You file Form I-829 to remove the conditions and get a full green card.
How much does the US golden visa cost?
USD 3,675 for Form I-526 or I-526E. Regional centre investors also pay a USD 1,000 fee under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act with Form I-526E. Form I-829 later costs USD 3,750.
Can I work on the US golden visa?
A green card lets you live and work in the United States.
Who can apply for the US golden visa?
Open to citizens of any other country. Investors who put money into a new US business that creates at least 10 full-time jobs for US workers.
Can I bring my family?
Your spouse and unmarried children under 21 can get green cards too.
How do I apply?
File Form I-526 (on your own) or I-526E (through a regional centre) with USCIS. After approval, apply for the immigrant visa at a US consulate, or adjust status with Form I-485 if you are in the United States.
