The lowest minimum is USD 75,000, for shares in a company listed on the stock exchange. Other routes: shares in a company in a priority or service sector (USD 75,000) and Philippine government securities (USD 75,000). Fees come on top.

There is no rule on time spent in the Philippines. You must keep the investment and send a yearly report to the BOI.
Does the Philippines golden visa lead to permanent residence?
The indefinite SIRV lets you stay with no end date while you keep the investment and file yearly reports. The BOI pages do not describe a separate permanent residence step.
How long does the Philippines golden visa last?
A probationary SIRV for 6 months while you make the investment, then an indefinite SIRV. The indefinite SIRV has no end date. The SIRV ID card is renewed every year, or every 3 years for some investments.
How much does the Philippines golden visa cost?
USD 300 per person, paid in pesos, to apply. The SIRV ID card costs PHP 2,000 per person.
Who can apply for the Philippines golden visa?
Open to citizens of any other country. Foreigners aged 21 or over, with no conviction for a crime of moral turpitude, who send at least USD 75,000 to the Philippines and invest it.
Can I bring my family?
A spouse and unmarried children under 21. Children lose dependant status at 21.
How do I apply?
At the Incentives Administration Service of the Board of Investments in Makati City, Metro Manila. You first send the money to an accredited bank in the Philippines and must hold a tourist visa when you apply. About 7 working days at the BOI and at least 10 working days at the Bureau of Immigration, for each of the two stages.
