How long do I need to spend in Turkey?
The permit is cancelled if you spend more than 120 days in total outside Turkey in the last year, unless the reason is public service, duty, education or health.
Does the Turkey golden visa lead to permanent residence?
A long-term residence permit needs at least 8 years in Turkey on residence permits without a break, enough regular income, health insurance and no social help in the last 3 years.
How long does the Turkey golden visa last?
Up to 2 years at a time. The office decides the length. Yes, it can be extended each time while you still meet the conditions.
How much does the Turkey golden visa cost?
Residence permit fees depend on nationality and are set each year by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance under Fees Law No. 492.
Who can apply for the Turkey golden visa?
Open to citizens of any other country. Foreigners who own a home in Turkey and use it as a home.
Can I bring my family?
Family members who co-own the home can apply on the same basis. For other family members, the home only counts as proof of means.
How do I apply?
Apply online on e-İkamet, then take the documents to an appointment at the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management. Applications are not taken from abroad.
