Who can apply for the Paraguay golden visa?
Open to citizens of any other country. Foreign nationals who invest in Paraguay through one of the routes below and get a Foreign Investor Certificate from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
How do I apply?
First get the Foreign Investor Certificate from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce through SUACE, then apply for permanent residence at the National Migration Directorate. The ministry says the process is mostly online and you need to be in Paraguay in person only for the ID card. The ministry issues the investor certificate within 5 working days.
