The lowest minimum is SGD 10,000,000, for option A: new or growing business in Singapore. Other routes: option B: GIP-select fund (SGD 25,000,000) and option C: single family office (SGD 200,000,000). Fees come on top.

How long do I need to spend in Singapore?
There is no fixed yearly minimum. To renew the Re-Entry Permit for 5 years, you or all your dependants must have lived in Singapore more than half the time; for a 3-year renewal, meeting the business or investment conditions is enough.
Does the Singapore golden visa lead to permanent residence?
The GIP gives Singapore permanent residence. A Re-Entry Permit, valid 5 years, keeps your status when you travel and is renewed if you meet the renewal rules.
How long does the Singapore golden visa last?
Permanent residence, with a Re-Entry Permit valid for 5 years. The Re-Entry Permit is renewed for 5 or 3 years if you meet the renewal conditions.
How much does the Singapore golden visa cost?
SGD 20,000 application fee to the Economic Development Board, not refunded. Each person applying for permanent residence also pays SGD 100 to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority.
Who can apply for the Singapore golden visa?
Open to citizens of any other country. Established business owners, next-generation business owners, founders of fast-growth companies and family office principals with a large business track record, for example a company with turnover of at least SGD 200 million.
Can I bring my family?
A spouse and unmarried children under 21 can be included. Parents and older children can apply for a Long Term Visit Pass instead.
How do I apply?
Pay the fee, upload the forms online and send the paper documents to the Economic Development Board (Contact Singapore). An interview follows. About 12 months.
