Is the Australia golden visa still open?
No. Australia closed the Business Innovation and Investment Program, including the Significant Investor stream of the subclass 188 visa, to new applications on 31 July 2024.
What happens to people who already have it?
Applications made before 31 July 2024 are still being processed. If you withdrew such an application on or after 31 July 2024, you may get the visa fee back.
